The original brown villas were built in 1981 and 1982, followed by Phase 2 being the brown homes with garages in 1982. The third and final phase was finished in 1994. Phase 3 includes the taffy colored homes on Cranes Circle, Heron St., East Swan Ln. and Curlew Circle. When CRV began Central Parkway was just a two lane road and there was no bridge over I-4, Altamonte Mall and Uptown Altamonte did not yet exist.
